I am new to affiliate marketing
could any one tell me what are all the basics things to be done .
and tell me in detail about the referrals. how do i get paid .
i have lots of resources and man power
but i dont know the concept .
i just need help from you people

Your question is VERY broad. It's sort of like how do I make money online?

As for getting paid it's your choice. Most affiliate advertising companies offer Direct Deposit into your bank account. Or they mail you a check.

I'd really recommend coming up with a scheme to get targeted traffic to your offers. Perhaps brain storm or dig deep and find out what other people are doing.
