Could any explain this in Google Search Results

I searched for the term "commercial estate consultant" in Google few days back and saw the below mentioned result on second page:



See the term "2 visits - Oct25" outlined in red color. Could any one explain what this "2 visits - Oct25" is about?

I searched the same term on second day to see whether the outlined term is displayed. However, I was unable to see it!

 

that related the the "web history", means that you have clicked that link twice.
