Could All SEO's Here Please Help Me with Title Tag Suggestions?

    Hi,
    Could I please get some suggestions for Title Tag and Description that would help get my Google PR5 site to page 1 when searching for keyword and kwyword phrases: "Green" Green Living" & "Eco-Friendly"?

    As someone who is blind, should I work that somehow into the content of my site or the Title / Description Tags to get more traffic and Interest?

    What is needed is plenty of back links, where half of them have the first phrase as the link text and the other half the other phrase as the link text.
