Im looking for a designer for a wordpress theme, and expert on this area. In few words I want a desgin like this site: http://tarreo.com/ But for wordpress. Containing this: Featured Area Last Videos Top 10 Games Game News, blog magazine style (like on destructoid) Last Reviews Last Games Adsense area on header and sidebar Something like that, its just the idea. How much it will cost me?? (designers offer a price )
Except for "featured area" and "Adsense area in the header" everything else you named is just content placement that you can achieve with just about any magazine style theme. That's up to you how you name your areas, categories and set up your sidebars. Most of that is not custom design, but knowing how to organize your content. I suggest browsing Themeforest. I am sure that you can find similar or better themes there that you can work with for around $40 or less.
And its posible, with images? For example the top games on sidebar (http://tarreo.com/) it haves a cover image on each game (and a vote system for games) is that posible without coding?
Just looks like a combination of the right plug ins and some custom styling. If you don't know how to do any of that, then you may be better off just hiring someone. There are plenty of game review themes out there already. They may not look exactly like that one (why would you want that anyway), but they all have similar features. You just need to look around.
