    Hi guys !

i would like get an idea over the costing of developing a small php based CMS!

    Specifications:
Preferably a News Story page comprising a headline, body, image and credentials. (Would carry common headers and side-by things on each page)
    >>Would generate a HTML page with customised URL and keywords.
    >>will show 10 links on the master page and remaining on next pages.
    >>On every new page, should show last 5 links/or related links.
    >> and Can automatically shown up in different sections on homepage.

Hope you guys can understand the need. If not just assume a small news website.

    thanks and regards

You would be much better using Wordpress. It is open source and is the most widely used CMS on the internet. It is efficient and secure, easy to use, has tons of free themes/plugins, and can be used to make any type of website. It is very powerful.
