CostaRicaHotel.com Sold @ 30,000 Bucks - What About EuropeanUnionHotel.com ?

Very recently www.CostaRicaHotel.com sold at 30,000 bucks (reference DnJournal.com).

So, what is the possible price tag for www.EuropeanUnionHotel.com ?

The hotel market in CostaRica is a small market in comparison to the hotel market in EuropeanUnion, so do you think EuropeanUnionHotel.com has higher price tag ?

Well first, how much revenue does EuropeanUnionHotel.com make a month?

 

It's just registered - so no profits yet from ads. As it is undeveloped so no earning from the hotel business either.

So what do you think is it's value - 1) before development & 2) after development.

 

How much would you pay for a site that has never made money?

I would value your site at $7 or so. The cost to register the domain name.

Costa Rica is a real place - European Union is NOT its an amalgamation of countries in europe and as such, Europeanhotel.com would be possibly worth around the same as CostaRicaHotel.com

In all honesty, we are members of Europe not the EuropeanUnion - sorry. But hey, develop it and prove me wrong!

 

I concur, europeanhotels.com or europehotels would get a lot more.

I dont think you'll get more then $8.99 for it.

 

I think you need to make a website on it, than it will worth $XXX

My opinion is that the domain name undeveloped is worth 15$.
Developed it can be worth low xxx$.

 

I guess all of you are forgetting to type "K" just after your appraisal figures. Like xxxK - isn't it ?

 

Unfortunately I don't think they fogot to type the "k" after the name.
