    The middle one. The main reason is the border of the text in the other two examples don't really match the image the logo is trying to portray.

    I voted 3 but you should either add something below or remove it. A big yellow spot with nothing doesn't make sense.

    I think I like the 1st one better, the color shading seemed to be more gradual and the whitish background contrast your message more clearly.
