What you people do you mean by Cost per keyword in terms of SEO? Being a SEO company, I would like to ask How much worth full is charging for any client as per Cost per keyword? What may be, At certain extent I think It may an overcharging that's not good for our online reputation and i don't want to overcharge any of my client! On the other hand, I think It may be Undercharging, And if it is so, It may hamper my business also. Please some one help me in this regard.
Are you referring to cost per keyword for SEO or for paid advertising? Typically cost per keyword refers to paid advertising unless you are referring to how much your or someone else is charging you to optimize for a particular keyword.
I usualky charge clients 400-900/keyword but for eassy medium keywords for competitive hard ones it can reach 3-5k or even much more for some like web hosting online casino ... the most i think i charged 2k/keyword untill now ...
I don't think that the term cost per keyword is prevalent in seo. When you start seo project, normally you find a collection of 15 - 25 keywords and you guarantee for ranking upto 75 percent keyword.
I charge per keyword and 15-25 keywords are to much of a number I ussualy work on 4-8 10-15 but not all competitive and very similar but 20-25 that's to much ...
Charge your customer based on ranking is better. E.g Google ranking 1 - 10 is how much, 11 - 20 is how much..
