I have set up several mobile app conversion campaigns. I always make sure to select "Cost per install bidding" as my objective. The explanation from Twitter on CPI bidding is as follows; "Cost per install bidding allows you to bid and pay for the app install — ensuring that you only pay when your Twitter campaign drives an install" Therefore I would expect that if I put a max bid of 8 euros, my CPI price would never be above that. Yet I notice amongst my campaigns that my CPI price is well over that markwith one campaign reaching a staggering 240 euros per install. Why or how is this happening and how do I fix it?!
