I'm curious to know if anyone calculates their cost per conversation. My cpc is much lower than some others in my industry, real estate, because i go for the longer, misspelled, more unimportant terms. I don't know what their cost per client is b/c they work for other companies but I'm wondering if by going for the smaller or less important phrases increases my cost per conversation or cost per client. Are there any realtors out there?? What is your average cost per client or cost per conversation. I'd love to be able to compare to others. Right now I"m at about $30 per conversation. I'm sure I can get this lower but I'm wondering if that would be very helpful or not? Any feedback is really appreciated. Thanks!
I doubt any other realtor will give out that information. But considering that you make $1000s on each sale, a $30 advertising cost per sale is a pretty darn good ROI. Always good to try and lower it however.
Perhaps your right. I'm always more than happy to share but sometimes others aren't as much. I really like realestatewebmasters b/c there's alot of savy realtors that do share great information. Different forums for different things I guess. I spoke incorrectly b/f. It's actually 30$ per lead, or signup. Each client costs perhaps $600 - $900. I'm wondering if that's a little steep. Anyhow, input is appreciated.
