    Is there anything such as Cost per action in adsense or adwords? Can anybody tell me about this.

    no , it was there before in adsense.

    adwords is used to promote CPA.

    Cost per action is a program where you get paid not for the clicks but the action accompanying the clikc like signing up or buying something or even submitting a zip code.
