    How much $$$$ would a clone of this script / site cost me, done in PHP?
    This would include the database work as well and rating system, etc

    It depends on the programmer you choose, if he has already done a clonig work for the website or some simmilar website, he can do it very quick and hence charge you less.

    I think it's more then $5000.
    And when you want a database for this script whit many names, boys and girls, it around $500.
