    I am hoping this is the best place to put this otherwise please move it mods!

    I am developing a relatively simple app. It has a side menu navigation with a few tables to navigate to on pages. There's only one aspect of saving any user settings so yeah pretty simple. I am making this for both android and iOS.

    I am also making a simple website with basic features and event booking. I plan on using Wordpress and then editing it from there.

    How much would people be charging for a project like this?

    Yes they are generally yes. Some behind the scenes work to redirect the individual to the right view but the actual content isn't reloaded

    How much you charge will depend on lots of things, like the time it will take for you, your experience level, region in which you and your client are.

    There are many freelance sites where you can get this done for free, i.e. PPH, Fiverr, UpWork. You may get poor code and communication for cheap work, but it's great if you know exactly what you want. Technical knowledge definitely helps. I'll even develop it for you for a reasonable price.

    First of all, be prepared to put in a lot of time. The actual costs depend on what capabilities you want your final products to have (hence some ironic answers here), but time will be the key investment.
    I see it as a trial and error process, especially if you're not specialised in this.
