Recently I just use paypal and check for my payment in online business,
but for check I'll be charge with an amount of fee for check proccessing in my country.

Now, I'm considering to use Wire transfer using US bank.
Could we create account in Citibank or ABN Amro, so that we could wire transfer for Google Adsense?
And how much is the minimum balance for those account and the monthly fee?

    Thanks,

    Zidni Agni

For the most part you have to have a US address to open a US bank account. Since the patriot act passed, you need to open the account in-person as well. It's very difficult to open a US bank account without being in the US.

That isn't all that true, you can actually open bank accounts online, provided you supply all the necessary information.

See for yourself at Bank Of America or Well's Fargo's website

But you still need to be a US resident. You must have a SSN, drivers license, a US address, and an employer that can verify your status.

For non-US citizens you can't open one.

You can open account in Bank of America for Non-Residents. I am spanish, i live in Romania, never go to US and i have account in Bank of America. Only need passport, your account bank information, postal adress in US and 100$ for first deposit.

Other solution, you can open company in US (LLC) and very easy open account in bank.

but, for the postal address in US, is it for residential address or else?
    since you live in Romania.

Not as easy as all that. To become an affiliate seems easy enough butfor an individual to apply for a card you must go through one of their partners. None of their partners, however seem to be interested in a page to help you apply. Wasted a lot of time checking out their site and their so called partners. Perhaps someone else will have better luck.

As far as I know , In case you are not an american or don't have a ssn number , you have to be present in the branch in order to open a new checking account.

people that have ssn , they can do it online as well.
