Its basically depends on your niche. If you have such kind of niche where you can easily promote through offline than this is good. For example Celebrity or sports or home.

But if you want to promote your own SEO service than offline will be not good option unless and until you have all data of those people who can use such service.

These days, some local newspaper are offering opportunities to post ads for free if you book in advance and you are not selling expensive products or service.
