Cost effective but not scam ad networks ?

    Trying to find an ad network for my site ( in signature ) . Its a price tracking website for a popular Indian ecommerce site.

    - I am looking for Geo targeting (india)
    - Cheap but real traffic . I am Not too concerned with conversion rates right now.
    - Cheap as in cheaper than adwords . I have tried adwords with mixed results.
    -CPM / CPC - all are welcome.

    I have looked at plenty of ad networks, but they all seem really reluctant to share costs, on their website .adclx.com for example will only reveal CPC AFTER a deposit is made..

    Our bids in India are below the minimum bid of 0.10 per click right now... even though that is our minimum bid requirement. We only offer Display ads if that is not an issue.

    We have a $10 minimum daily budget but you are not required to spend that each day. Our minimum deposit is 3 days of your daily budget so the smallest deposit would be $30.
