I used it recently to get a new (test) site moving. Within a couple of weeks the results showed in excess of 10,000 BLs. The 5 ads per page are worth it, if all you are interested in is BL count. And I think there's the odd high PR one in there as well. As for the larger sites dominating, well they do. It's the way the coop works. The more you bring the more you get.
