Did this guy ever have any real helpful ideas, or was he just blowing recycled smoke that you can find anywhere on the net if you look. Like The Rich Jerk.

Cory Rudl. Thumbs up? Thumbs down?

I didn't actually know who Cory Rudl was, but when I Googled him, I saw a result that said he died at 34. What caused his death?

I know he died in a car wreck. I am a car enthusist and that's how I found out about him. And just because he died, does not eliminate the possibilty that he was selling snake oil. He might be dead, but his company lives on and is still operating and continues to sell Cory's course.

So that's why I was asking.

I think Corey was a pioneer in Internet Marketing. He used affiliate programs as they were not yet invented (;-). Derek Gehl took over the business on behalf of his widow (he was just married as he died). There are hundreds of affiliates over the world who learned from Corey.

Thumbs up. Some of his stuff helped me get started. I'm not sure how you can call his original ideas and good sites "hot air."

Mailloop software? Secrets to their Success? Those are quite a bit different from the "how to make lots of money with adsense" crap going around.
