Corrupted customer record ~~ HELP ~~

    Somehow we got a customer record that is not complete. i.e the entered by: and time and date are gone. NOW if we try to setup a new customer since this happened OG trys to us the currupted record for EVERYTHING, i.e invoices, server setup etc. I cannot do a god level delete on this account the button does nothing, how can I fix this? PLEASE help.

    Yes we recovered all the files and it makes no difference.

    Probably would want to just do an upgrade then (even if it's from/to the same version) just so you get your data into a "known good/clean" set of data files.
