Okay, so I have a bunch (over a hundred) of web pages on my site they all look like this
    /Name-Name.html

But I am upgrading the site which will change the way URLS are displayed. Do you guys know of an easy way I can somehow redirect all the old URLS to the new one so search engines and visitors will automatically be redirected to the new URL.

Certainly. You set a 301 redirect rule in .htaccess. Voila.

If you tell me the exact file names I can tell you the code.
