It is a new experience to me. I have read articles about the importance of drinking water. But the correct timings i don't know. Correct time drinking water helps our body to stay healthy. It helps for the digestion process. Thanks for the information.
That's very great. Of course I knew that water is very useful for our body, but i have never thought that we should drink in such a way.
Do you all know that.. there is a treatment or procedure called water therapy..... At early morning after awakening dring one and half litres of pure water daily.. this will make your body to remove all toxics from your body and if you continuously follow it for 48 days.. After that you wont be getting any diseases like cold, fever or other simple diseases which troubles your day to day life. It also helps in preventing kidney stones. But initially when you follow it you find vomiting sensation but if you made it practiced you wont find harder.
