Hello, I am the account holder or you can say the account management person of the company. My PayPal account is a Verified Business Account (India). These information is reflecting on my PayPal account : Account Name: "My NAME" (I will use "Mr. CTO" for further explanation) Business Name: "My Company NAME" (I will use "XYZ" for company/business name *A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY*) Account Type: Business Status: Verified Actually, Mr. CTO manages the PayPal Account. He registered the company's Paypal account with the name of the company i.e XYZ, and login credentials were set to the name of Mr. CTO as being asked by PayPal for the person who will be liable to manage the account. Therefore my PayPal account always speaks - "Welcome Mr. CTO". HERE IS MY QUESTION:- My PayPal account reflected on 11th Oct 2011 with this message "We could not verify your PAN. Please enter a valid PAN and make sure your PayPal account name matches the name on your PAN card." I immediately checked for the problem. My PAN number is 100% correct, and the name on the PAN is XYZ, which i want to get verified. i.e. what i think that PayPal wants the PAN number of Mr. CTO, but why? The account is a Business account of company XYZ, so the PAN has to be of the company XYZ. So that is all pretty obvious. on 12th October 2011 my PayPal account reflected this message "The PAN you provided was found to be invalid after verification. Please enter a valid PAN." We have already added our company PAN number to PayPal so why they are not be able to verify it? We have mailed then so many times but no replies. Even we sent the scanned copy of our PAN to webform@intl.paypal.com but no replies. We have our money struck in PayPal account. Biggest problem that our customers are unable to pay us, Please get me through some way so that we can go on smoothly.
