im currently targeting about 5 keywords , im posting 4 threads in 4 different forums containing my link ofcourse with my anchor text ,also im submitting my links to 4 directories for each keyword. am i doing well or i need to increase/decrease the process ! im using my own contents to share on forums btw is this good or shoul i use apart of the article !
Unless the specific forum page in which your link is has a Page Rank of, let's say 5. That could mean something. But I guess it also depends on the fact if your domain is related to the keyword you're "promoting". If you're using the keyword "Apartments" and your domain is something like "go4it" that might not do any good. There's also the problem of RELATIVITY. I don't think it's a good thing for your website to have links from pages (forums, blogs etc.) which has no relativity to your website. It's not ok for you to have a link to your website from an ONLINE DATING SITE since your website is about REVIEWING COMPUTER HARDWARE. The point is, you'll have to get a bit strategic if you really want to increase Page Rank or traffic to your website. That means that before promoting your website through a web directory, a forum etc, use SEO TOOLS (like xinureturns.com) and check the stats for that website. What is its PAGE RANK? How many pages Google indexed? Etc.. Do some documentation before.
It is good post original content in forum most of person take part in forum and discuss about your topic but u need submit this content more forum and discuss you can get lots of backlinks it is good for your website.....
Do you mean you're linking each keyword to a page? Because if you keep that up you'll be doing well. Otherwise, you need to target your main sites keyword and get lots of links to the homepage. Remember, backlinks are dependent on the quality and quantity of links to the page, but also the site overall - you might struggle if you only target niche keywords like that. Do what you're doing on top of going for more generalised link building.
how many is good ! neotester im building links from related forums lets say my link is about sports so i put it on the sports section and same in directories, i think link building this way even with no high pr links is good cause i cant find high pr forums , about relativity i have one more question, my website is in arabic does blog commenting on english high pr doollow blogs works for non english sites like mine ! krist11 exactly thats what im doing now. Ed7up yes i build links for different sections of my site which has different keywords. still want your openion guys how much is good per day to not consider as spamm link building !
You have to care about the PR of those forums and notheing else. I fyou post 4 post on 4 different forums, and those post have PR 0 it wont be nothing.... But if those post get a PR 1 in the future, that would be better. Bye
Some forums have rel=no follow in their meta tags, so those forums would do you no good to post as far as backlinks go. You want to focus your efforts in blogs, articles, and then forums which have rel=do follow in their meta tags. Check this by right click, vew source. You'll see it in the meta tags below the <head> tag. If it's not there, it's as good as a do follow tag. You should always have a link in your signature when posting in blogs and forums regardless, as even though some might have no-follow in their meta tags, the links just might have some CTR for you.
u cannot think of a number..it totally depends on your competitor..if u want to be on the top in the search engines...you should have quality and high prs backlinks than your competitors...first check out ur competitors backlinks and start building links with ur desired keywords... use tools like : 1.seo elite (free version available) for keyword analysing and contacting webmasters for backlinks of same niche and http://siteanalytics.compete.com/ for competitors analysis 2.google adwords checker for selecting good keywords.. 3.pineberry.com for making your onsite content search engine friendly 4.adding sig links in dofollow forums with ur keyword...below is a list of good dofollow forums http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1441187 5. commenting on do follow blogs 6. use of keywordspy while going for adwords... these are some things u need to focus for good traffic and pr..hope it helps u buddy
forum signatures should be one of many methods you utilize and the amount you will need is relative to what your competitors for the same keywords are doing....
thank you guys but im repeating: my website is in arabic so first i need to know : does blog commenting on english blogs with high pr and dofollow works in this situation ! same question about english forums ! 1 more question , does buliding links using forums posts with no pr not worth ! i need to know since im paying for bulidng links in arabic forums and directories with no pagerank ,i need to know if it works in english blogs and forums or im limited to arabic only !
dont pay any where buddy..slowly build it urself...and commenting on english blogs with high pr and dofollow works in this situation..just go with that
@Mido: If your website is written in a different language than the sites you're active, there are slim chances of RELATIVITY between these sites and yours. Anyway, seems like a lot of site owners go on "any link is welcomed". I have a personal blog written in Romanian. I never comment on foreign blogs with my personal blog's address.
one more thing guys. i came across one of these tools for commenting Free Blog Commenter does it worth or it can harm my links ?
According to my experience, these tools are not highly accurate.I tried Comment kahuna also. But, results are not satisfactory. You can't rely on Software.Find do follow blogs manually.
You have to concentrate more in building the backlinks to your site by submitting it to many forums and by doing article submission and directories for your site. You must built as many backlinks to your site by submitting it to many sites.
yes you need to increase the number of back links. 4 directories will not be enough. you should bring 200 links per month for your sites. and out of that 100 links should come from normal links. and other from article submission, directory submission, rss submission etc.
