Don't know who is "lying" here but both of them have exchanged positive feedback, and as much as I know, you don't give feedback until the transaction is over. So...

 

yaa,thats true.we designers never give feedback until its over but here he sent cheque in my account and cheque transaction takes time of few days and till that we can just see cheque in proceed and then on 2nd day he cancelled proceeding of cheque and this way he hasnt paid .

 

Don't give final file till you get paid.
Always put watermark!!
