Just to make it easier, all of the order links for the Reseller plans aren't clickable

 

I have checked all of his links and all of them go to Apache even the main domain name corehoster.com.

 

What I was saying is, there is actually no hyperlink for the order link on the Reseller packages

 

He must have forgoten to add them,But if they all are going to the same place whats the point

Yes. It's the default cPanel page, it's a placeholder for when nothings there.
My guess is that he's changed his site's IP address and hasn't updated the DNS zones (or they haven't propagated) and so... A blank IP

@Leo05: This just proves my point, he must have changed his IP, and hasn't done a cPanel license resync via SSH
