He isn't stealing anyone clients, he is informing people that his provider was hacked and accounts were lost - which in my opinion is good business sense to inform your clients what is going on.

only if you submitted in 24 hours. Been a loyal client for some 8 months. was offered one month free today because they didn't get my email. Some way to run a business. I'll be looking to blog hoster now. It's not the hacking (or whatever the real story is) it's the poor poor customer service.
No 3 months at all... They refuses me to do that. also, they've send me 4 invoices for this months allready! Poor service at thismoment. Real sad! All my accounts were deleted. No Backups at all!! Sad sad...
