Copywriting Logo

I'm really new to the copywriting thing. I have designed some logo & wanna copy write it so it becomes something like a trade mark & no body can use it without my permission. I don't know how to do so. I would appreciate it if somebody can tell me how to do the copy writing process. If possible, let me know how can I do the copywrites of a company name.

First learn the difference between copywriting and copyrights. Then learn the difference between copyrights and trademarks. Only then will you be able to ask a question that makes sense, and get the answer you're actually looking for.
