The easiest way to avoid copyright violation issues is to right or pay people to write unique articles. This means one should avoid copying and pasting sections of other people's articles into one's own articles. Instead one can reference other people's works, but write everything fresh and in their own words.

If you are buying articles from someone else you can use tools like http://Copyscape.com to verify that the article is unique (at least on the web) before buying it. The way I do this is upload a text file with the article needing testing to my server and then point Copyscape.com to my test article. It will quickly turn up any online sources that contain referenced work.

Copywriting is the act of writing copy. It's also used to refer to issues involved for those who create and/or use specific types of writing.

Obtaining a copyright is something else and is related to legal ownership and use of works.

lol yeah... build an actual expertise in a field, and write your own unique content from your experience and knowledge, rather than just another piece assembled from the same old research everyone's using. And quite simply, never use someone else's words unless it's a short, and necessary, quote (which should always be credited properly).
