You don't present yourself or your business, you have 0 feedback score, there appears to be 2 members on your website and only 1 review (which, ironically, is in the Scam & Fraud category). Oh and the one review one there contains as many errors as it does sentences. That's a weak starting point to begin with, add to that the fact you pay a set fee per review but haven't made it entirely clear how long they need to be - and you only pay out once your members have written at least $75 worth of content! Assuming you pay $0.01pw on average, that means you'll have to write 7500 words before receiving any payment. Personally, I think you are being way too vague, and I don't reckon too many people will trust you enough to supply the amount of content needed for their first payment. What I'd do if I were you is to allow a bunch of users to sign up and offer them the right to get paid whenever they want - starting at 1 article if they so wish - in order to populate the site and gain a positive reputation. But hey, that's just my 5c.
I totally agree with meholaman on this one. You need to gain the trust of people first for your site to prosper.
