    OP, you're the one that needs to be reported for discrimination. It's enough if you mention that you need Native English writers for your project.

    I've nothing against only wanting native English writers. In the past when I've looked for writers, I've only hired those who write at the standard of native English writers. But to say you'll report them if they contact you - well, that's taking it to a whole new level.
