copywrite question

I was wondering if using a picture from someone else site is copywrite infringment?

 

I would suggest going to Stock image sites and getting some images instead of getting in a risk of any illegal activity.

 

I use istockphoto for my photos. It's much less risky.

 

A picture from someone else site can be their intellectual property, and if you borrow the image without a link to this site it may be qualified as intellectual offence!

 

Just use a photo from a royalty free site, or if you need a photo of a human just get on some International dating site and grab them

 

@scribecraft It's easy but not at all advisable.

@webslicker You can use Flickr's advanced search and look out for images which are permitted to be used and to be changed. That way you do not have to worry about copyright infringement.
