Copyscape using my website text?

    Unusual this:

When I type in a unique phrase from my website and search this on Google I get Copyscape URL appearing like this:

www.copyscape.com/original.php?o=78540&d=79582 also what is this: http://www.copyscape.com/original.php

Why is this? I did this with many other websites and it only seems to effect mine? Has my website been copied andit it possible for someone to try and say they were the original author of my work?

What is going on? I have heard that Google works with Copyscape and think this is why my website may be doing poor in the SERPs after doing well before?

    Advice needed.

copyscape is a online tool for making sure no-one copies your page. You must've signed up to them I guess?
