Obviously if your posting movies, shows, or free music downloads which are copyrighted you could easily get banned. But lets say your doing a fan site about.. Mario, A Celebrity, etc. If you use images of mario box art, pictures of that celebrity, etc.. do you think theres any real chance of getting your adsense banned? I guess its probably still copyrighted images... but who DOESN"t do this? It seems a little outrageous If your talking about "mario 3" not to be allowed to use the box art image or a screenshot.. Whats your Call on stuff like that?
I think same as you. But if the celebrity file against you then you are done for it. and it has like 0.001% chance unless ur image share hurting that celeb.
Can't see your being banned as a result of because the person violated would complain to you, first, not Google.
