Hi, I want to create a flash games website and I will be coppying various games from other sites to use... Is there a problem with this? if yes how can I cover myself?
It'd be best to contact the game developers first. Copying flash games without the owners permission is copyright.
What do you mean "cover" yourself? If you post the game online, it will be there for eveyrone to see... including the copyright owners! Try asking them for permission. Or better yet, why not hook up with an actual game programmer and start developing software together? More original and saves you trouble and worry, don't you think?
