it cost $500 to copyright per page in my country ....and i think a page would not give me revenues over $2 .....
so here is my question ....
lets say i reserch a lot and write few pages on my website ...( i cant afford copyright) .. and someone else copy my contents and then copyright theft contents on his/her name and then legally sue me? what should i do in such a case .?

I'd move out of the country. What kind of law is that? Are you sure that is the case? It sounds very twisted and it's about exactly the opposite of how it works in those countries where internet related legislation is perhaps a bit more developed.

I would point out what country you reside in before asking any legal question or making any legal comment. Laws vary.

Most countries have signed the Berne convention. That means that you don't need to register copyright since you automatically own the copyright of a work at the time of it being fixed in a tangeable form. Officialy registering copyright might however provide better legal protection, but is not necessary.
