Jesus Christ was teaching to forgive and not to remember evil.

Holy Apostle and Evangelist Matthew quotes Jesus Christ's words as follows:

"For if you forgive men their trespasses [sins, transgressions],
your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. (Mat. 6:14)

But if you do not forgive men their trespasses,
neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (6:15)

    "Therefore, whatever you want
    men to do to you,
    do also to them,
for this is the Law and the Prophets." (Mat. 7:12)

    I shall finish the posts!
    Good luck!

If this kind of thread is common on this forum, I surely won't stay long here.
LOL. That was just a punk trashing a poor guy. The guy gave it up.

He uses Linux, Apache and PHP and a lot more. He doesn't give credit where credit is due. Nothing. Now that's a real shame.

I'm getting afraid of this conversation now
Note: I believe the Bible would be a work you would be allowed to copy.

Sergey PMed me, and I am going to talk to him. He seems like he is willing to be supportive of the cause overall. I'll try to take care of this.

I removed all the copyright information from the bottom of my page. It made it too bulky. However, I counteracted that with a small, simple link. Tell me what you think.

    Look at the bottom.

How is deleting a link to phpbb.com and adding a link to another page on your site any less "bulky"?

That makes no sense at all.

The only thing you've accomplished is not giving PHPBB and the owner of the Solaris template Jakob Persson the sitewide link that they expected. Now they just get the one link you provide via popup. The only reason for modifying the link is so that you do not give them the pagerank they deserve. You are using their script, and their design template. I'm sure you knew what you were doing when you modifyed your linkback.

    Total bullshit.

You now have a line linking to your PR0 page, as PortProphecy pointed out. That same single line could have linked back to phpBB.com and the Solaris template site.

That's not quite as bad as removing all credit but it's almost as bad.

How is that bad!? The user STILL sees the FULL copyright notice, all it takes is an extra click.

Look, let's cut the crap, okay?

You are obscuring the credit with a link to yourself. You are trying to justify that with the bogus claim that it "saves space" - utter balderdash.

There is no valid reason to do what you're doing on that page. At least be honest about it. I'll give Sergey credit for that much: He didn't deny what he was doing.
