Copyright Violation

We have a new online business competitor using our sales content copied directly from our website for a few of their sales pages. The content was written by us, not copied from elsewhere. They are actually using copied content for 99% of their site from other sites which would explain the majority of their site being supplemental. But they get around the issue by using Adwords to promote their product. They offer no email for contact, even in private whois registration. What solutions are available to have them remove the content? Should a DMCA be filed for each of the Big 3 search engines? Should Adwords be notified that they are using stolen sales content? Should I send a C&D letter to competitor's business address 1st? Hoping someone can help here.

Send a DMCA request to their hosting company, and to each of their upstream network providers.

Use traceroute to make the list.

I am here to learn. I would like to know:
    1. How to prove you own the copyright of the content?
    2. What sort of information you need to include in your DMCA request?

    Kaptain Kangaroo, Good luck.
Please post your progress here. Cheers mate.

I've seen a few similiar cases like this in the last couple weeks and if you take the appropriate steps of notifying Google and their host, you should see immediate results.

Whether you want to be nice and try to work it out with the owner first is upto you. Legally, you have every right to pursue swift and immediate action and you really don't owe this bozo the benefit of saving his account with google and his hosting company. I know I wouldn't...

The webhost is Yahoo. Can't find an email to contact them directly. Their contact form keeps giving me the runaround. Anyone have a contact email for Yahoo Webhosting concerning copyright infringement?
