Copyright symbol on my pics

    I have a few pics of myself on my site, and on the pics i put a watermark of my domain, and © 2007. At the moment, i'm writing an article about a product i bought recently. I snapped a few pics of it with my cam. I'm guessing that a domain watermark is ok on them, since i've seen others do this. But what about the ©? Can i use that, since the product in the pic was made by someone else?

    You can indeed. You would have copyrights in the originality that you infused. With a photograph the original elements include lighting, angle, depth, etc. You can just use the symbol. You do not need to first have it registered, although there are substantial benefits to registering. For more information see:
