Hello; I'm looking to obtain some business listing (name, address, phone) for business in certain categories for a small directory on my site. I understand depending on how you harvest these, you may violate a sites TOS. I'm concerned about potential copyright issues, my first thought was that the short listing in a directory would not quality for copyright protection. Yet, I found publishers have sued trying to claim a directory is a original work. Based upon Feist v. Rural and Assessment Technologies v. Wiredata (2003), my though is that at this point, there is little chance of you getting sued for using basic directory listings from another site. However, I wanted to ask to make sure I am reading these correctly. Thanks, Jamie
