Copyright or Trademark a Domain name

    Where does one go to get this done? Anyone have a ballpark figure
    of price for this?

    First of all, you can't copyright a domain name. Second, generally you also can't trademark a domain name if it's essentially just used as an address - there are exceptions (such as if it's the actual official and legal company name - think of things like Amazon.com, which is incorporated under that name).
