Copyright Laws / Etiquite?

    I had a site that has been sold long ago....

    I felt the need to check up on the seo work performed and ended up find two exact copies of my site.

    One that was just resaling the software package I had sold and another that does the same thing but with MY paypal info... I found this today after I recieved a payment from it. (lol ?)

    What can I do to stop this? Was the copyright logo on the site enough to cause any legal actions?

    FYI I did attempt cease and desist letters but to no avail, as these site are outside the USA and well these people know they are outside the law.

    File a complaint in a local court, and he will have to arrive or some legal action would be taken.

    I would say, firstly, ask him to take down the copyrighted content, and if its still available even after at least 2 warnings, proceed with pulling him down to earth.
