I had a site that has been sold long ago.... I felt the need to check up on the seo work performed and ended up find two exact copies of my site. One that was just resaling the software package I had sold and another that does the same thing but with MY paypal info... I found this today after I recieved a payment from it. (lol ?) What can I do to stop this? Was the copyright logo on the site enough to cause any legal actions? FYI I did attempt cease and desist letters but to no avail, as these site are outside the USA and well these people know they are outside the law.

No one is above law, File a complaint in a local court, and he will have to arrive or some legal action would be taken. I would say, firstly, ask him to take down the copyrighted content, and if its still available even after at least 2 warnings, proceed with pulling him down to earth.
