Copyright issue, hosting and domain

I have a niche ebook site and got my account terminated from my hosting company as they received a letter from some antipiracy guy citing DMCA (digital millenium copyrights act).

My question is if I revive my site on another host, is my domain safe from termination?

The current situation is that my domain is with godaddy and the hosting is with an asian host (whcih does allow warez).

Well if your hosting guy allows warez what is the problem. Domain is a different thing than hosting and it is probably safe but cant guarentee anything if you are using scripts that are illegal.
EDIT: I am ready to host your site if needed. Look at sig.

Only Go Daddy can answer that question. Ask them.

If this person decides to file the DMCA with the search engines, they will deindex the site. They could also decide to file a lawsuit against you for infringement.
