Pls chk this incident of Copyright Infringement ...

http://www.LogoDesignTeam.com has been copied into http://www.LogoHeros.com

Most part of the content even still reads "Logo Design Team" and the company name has NOT been replaced.

What am I supposed to do to ensure that the other website is removed immediately ??

I hope I will not be penalised for duplicate content. Pls advice.

I'm not a lawyer, but here is my two cents ... It seems they must be in the process of cleaning up their act: I didn't see any reference on the Home Page to Logo Design Team, and I noticed they've reworded many of your benefits. If you'd registered your website with the U.S. copyright office, you could threaten to sue. I think your only recourse is to ask them to cease and desist, or at least change the look and feel of their site; not satisfying, I know. Again, I'm not giving legal advice here. You might be able to find something useful, however, on the U.S. copyright office website.
