I am looking into buying a Naruto fan club site. There is a chat room, file sharing, pictures...etc. Since there is a lot of downloading involved I am concerned about copyright. Does anyone know what needs to be in place, or what consequences one may have to bare offering free downloads of episodes? Any help is much appreciated. tradesafely
Since you are not planning to actually PAY for licensing those scenes, the best thing you can do to protect yourself is set up an LLC, and separate business bank accounts. Just in case you are sued. Good luck.
I'm not sure I understand. Are you suggesting setting up an LLC is somehow going to protect him from conducting in potentially illegal behavior?
