I have a domain with obvious trademark infringement in the name.

Could I sell it? (I am thinking absolutely no, but I could be wrong)

I told the company with the trademark that I would let them have it if they want, should I sell it to them, or just give it to them for free?

If they offered to buy it, then you could accept their offer, however, trying to sell it to them can get you into trouble.

Trademarks are granted by classification, and what you can't do is use a domain in a manner that conflicts with their usage or attempts to ride their goodwill. APPLE is a trademark for computers, music, etc., however, you could use an "APPLE" domain if the usage was entirely unrelated to their usage ... i.e. an orchard supply store, etc. In fact, there are at least three different owners of a "MySpace" trademark - each having different usage rights (classification).

If your domain is something like "MicrosoftTechSupport.xxx" then you should just turn it over.
