Can I list freeware programs on my site without prior permission of their developers or permission is necessary.
Can anyone tell me that is it necessary to get permission from a developer to list his program on my website. If this permission is not necessary then what does Google's policy say about this means Google adsense will work on my site and my adsense account wont get banned.
