In another forum I read that a website claim that an adsense webmaster has copied an article ...

the website inform google about it that their client is not doing well...

..in reply google said that .. they are not sorting out sites with copyright case.. google can't ban the their user because of copyright...

I am quite surprised after it

if you want to read that

    go to webmasterforum.com

You're probably best off contacting the webmaster of the other page, often they're perfectly willing to take it down.

google can outright ban any site because of copyright. you must have valid proof to validate the complain. first thing, i guess google is not the proper authority to approach.

I approached Adsense about this once after another webmaster refused to remove their copied pages from my own sites. They replied that they couldn't do anything about it.

however other website didn't know this so I threatened to tell Adsense about their copying my site and they suddenly had a change of heart and removed my content.

copyright is a legal issue. google isn't a law firm, not in a position to get involved.

Yep Yep Found this out first hand for two different sites using my content to capture traffic.

A polite e-mail to one got the content removed. A threat to report adsense got the other to quickly remove.

I reported to G anyway cause I was pissed they intentionally stole my content. G said to document the copywrite etc. Hope these scum bags don't find out or we'll all end up in court with them trying to get our content removed.

    Cheers

You can always approach the offender's web host with a DMCA complaint if they are based in the USA. Most web hosts will take action when presented with a legal complaint.
