Copyright Agreement - Hiring Content Writers

    Hi,

    I am looking for some copyright agreement that i cold ask a freelancer writer to sign up for transferring the copyright to me . Can you please point me to some resources?


    Also what exactly does a owning a copyright in such a scenario entitle me to ?

    I'd look at the user agreements for sites like eZineArticles, Associated Content etc. for inspiration, since by definition they take ownership of all posted content.
