I'll check it out after some time. As far as adsense and blogger are concerned, if it is okay by their TOS, then you need not worry. :)

I was drinking tea and now that I have completed it, I have checked your blog as well. Looks nice, but could you keep the size of the graphics a bit smaller? It took around 20 seconds for the page to load. Nice strategy of increasing the number of visitors to your blog through these wallpapers. :)

If they do not belong to you, and are also available for free on the original author's site, just mail them with a request to permit you to host those wallpapers on your blog and also to permit others to download it. Adding a small line with the details about the original author and his or her website might help too. :)

No unless it specifically said at the places you found them that they were available for anyone to use and distribute what you are doing is illegal I am afraid somebody else owns the copyright and the right to decide how and where these wallpapers are used, somebody has gone to the effort to take these pictures and prepare them for use as wallpapers, they deserve to be able to make money from these if they choose or if somebody else has bought the copyright or rights they also have the right to get a return it may be they want people to come to their websites and let people use them as wallpapers for free but don't want other people to distribute them this again is up to them. If you want to distribute wallpapers buy the rights legally including distribution rights.

I recommend you take down the wallpapers you have as soon as possible to avoid the potential to be prosecuted and of course from a moral perspective.

I don't think it's a good idea to use these wallpaper if you don't own them. Why don't buy some turn-key wallpaper site instead? It'll keep you on the legal side of things.
