    Sure you can. If it is all html with no php and no database used. All you have to do, in most browsers, is to save each page.

    Can you steal a car and drive it 100 miles an hour? Sure you can.

    I assume from your question that by copy you mean hosting those pages on your own domain and server with no editing or modification.

    Is it a good idea. IMHO No!!! Just because you can do something does not mean that you should.

    Bad karma! And you might get busted.

    Of course it is possible. One of our websites is basically is into click tracking (that is, it helps webmasters understand where their visitors are clicking) and the basic technology that is used here is to scrape the source code of the original webpage and showcase it as a unique url.
